    Thanks for getting in touch.

    No doctors note necessary.

    For the Bagua:

You can come along to our portes ouvertes at the Plan d’eau (the lakes behind the Mediatech) in St Hilaire Du Harcouet on tuesday 29th August at 19h30-21h. We will either be by the climbing frame or on the tennis/basketball courts (if they are free). If the weather is not great we will be in Espace St Hilaire, first floor hall, its at 74 rue de Paris, 50600 St Hilaire.

Otherwise the course starts on tuesday 5th September in Espace St Hilaire 19h30. Free trial class available. The course will be in french, but I am english and so can explain anything beyond your french!

For Tai Chi and Qigong come on Monday 28th August by the climbing frame at 19h30 or the following week for classes in Espace St Hilaire.

For all our classes see http://peter402.wixsite.com/qigong/cours
